About Zimmer

A brief biography: 

Simon Skytte Simonsen alias Zimmer began his musical quarrier at the age of 3. At his mothers old piano Zimmer started to rehearse some easy songs. When he turned 10 Zimmer started to play guitar which very quickly became quite a big love as the piano.

At the age of 13 Zimmer wrote his first real song, and that opened his eyes to the world of song writing. And along with that the interest for song writing production came into existence.  

A year after Zimmer graduated from Nørresundby gymnasium, he started at the education Populærmusik & Lydproduktion at the university of Aalborg. 

Its a education where the student both have theory, history, studio production, arrangement and composition, music and culture and ex. guitar and piano.

When we hit the summer 2010 Zimmer is Bachelor in music production.

Zimmer is today a active song writer, teacher and producer and he has a good co-operation with a good danish management bureau for whom he is song writer and producer.
